Flower Parade Lisse

Bloemencorso Bollenstreek is the most famous spring Flower Parade in the Netherlands. This colorful spectacle is celebrated by more than a million people during the week. The highlight being the Flower Parade Saturday, when colorful floats and luxurious cars decorated with spring flowers such as hyacints, daffodils and tulips make their way along a 42 kilometer journey from South to North Holland. Passing through towns of Noordwijk, Voorhout, Sassenheim, Lisse, Hillegom, Bennebroek, Heemstede and its final destination in the city centre of Haarlem. The Flower parade also includes cheerful and lively music from a number of different marching bands, live acts and many other entertainment activities. Everything you need to know about the Flower Parade Lisse

Did you know? The Flower Parade Lisse offers a traditional parade called the ‘Kindercorso’. The children's parade will be held right before the grand Flower Parade. This joyful event is special for local children, who decorate their bikes, steps and Gokart Skelters with colourful spring flowers. The grand Flower Parade will enter Lisse at the Heereweg following, Engelenkerk-brug, Akervoorderlaan, Rotonde Lisse Zuid, Heereweg de Loft, Zwanendreef, Lisse town center, rotonde Keukenhofdreef, passing along the Heereweg North before heading towards Hillegom.

Additionally, Lisse has two Bloemencorso Bollenstreek grandstands with extra facilities so that you can optimally enjoy the parade.

Theme Bloemencorso Bollenstreek 2023

The Flower Parade has a different theme each year. Last year’s theme was "Celebrating Memories" in which floats re-lived memories from the last 75 years duration of the parade. The theme for 2023 has not yet been announced. But designs for the 2023 Flower Parade will be presented around February.
